  1. This Privacy Policy sets out how the-sykstem (“the-sykstem”, “we”, “our” or “us”) collects, stores, processes, transfers, shares and uses your information, our use of cookies and similar technologies, and your rights and choices with respect to our data practices.

  2. We operate an e-commerce platform, which we make available through our website thesykstem.netlify.app (our “Website”).

Additional Disclosures For Nevada Residents

We have certified to the Department of Commerce that we adhere to the Privacy Shield Principles.
